Hi there!  I’m Jennifer Chebi of the Conejo Valley.  I have called this beautiful, serene area home since 1982.   If you are looking to purchase or sell your dream home in this idyllic community nestled between the mountains of Malibu and the rolling hills of Calabasas, this oasis outside of Los Angeles is calling you home!

I enthusiastically began my career here in 1999 as a driven young woman, ambitious and eager to learn.  I knew early on that my passion for people and helping them “come home” would be the key to my success.

Right out of the gates, I started with a Fortune 500 company and the largest homebuilder in the U.S.A. where in thirteen years, I marketed and sold over 10,000 new homes throughout Southern California.  With this experience under my belt, joining my parents in 2017, Paul and Marty Campbell (TCG Real Estate) and the team at Aviara Real Estate in Westlake Village, was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up!

Together, TCG Real Estate, has sold over 1,000 homes throughout The Conejo Valley and surrounding areas.  With over 45 years in our community, we have built a reputation for excellence with our dedicated team who are second to none in the care and attention we give to understand and deliver on our clients’ top priorities.  You can rely on our reputation and count on our character!

I was proud to further my commitment to my team and community by becoming a shareholder of Aviara Real Estate, in 2019. In my free time, you’ll find me swimming in the local pools and open-water of The Ventura Harbor, riding my bike or trail running in The Santa Monica Mountains with my husband and our Labrador, Bailey.  I am the President and co-founder of The Conejo Valley Triathlon Team and I also love serving my community with the Kiwanis club, where in 2017 and 2023, I was recognized with the Distinguished Service Award for my marketing efforts. Having a “whole-view” and heart for the community and lifestyle here in the Conejo Valley is what keeps me charged!  Adding to my list of accomplishments, I obtained my California Real Estate Broker’s License in 2023.
